Each plate of the MOTALA collection is unique and can therefore present irregularities. The color and the rendering of the glazes depend on the temperature, the firing time, the thickness of the glaze and the way it is applied. These pieces are covered with a glaze that brings out the metallic oxides and gives them their special blue color.
