A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT?

DON'T PANIC!

1. MAKE SURE YOUR APPLICATION IS IN ORDER

If you simply wish to return your product, please note that the product must not have been used and that you must have kept all the elements of the product and its packaging. Please note that the product must be able to be sold again in its original condition. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package.

2. PRINT A RETURN LABEL

In the case of a standard return, the return costs are at the customer's expense. You must therefore pay and print a return label to send us the package.
- By internet, on the Colissimo website: www.laposte.fr/colissimo-en-ligne.
- In a post office, on a machine or at a counter

A conformity check is carried out on receipt of the product in our warehouse. If your product does not comply with the return conditions, the return will be refused. If your return is valid, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return. We will confirm the refund by email.
