When we came up with the idea for this collection, we wanted the tea to express itself and the colours of this collection to change with the tea being brewed. Thanks to this minimalist aesthetic, this collection can be integrated into any home environment.
For your brew to be perfect, we wanted a filter that met our expectations. So the first point was the sieve. It had to be tight enough to prevent the tea from escaping, but light enough to allow the flavours to diffuse perfectly.
For the material, we chose 304 stainless steel, which may not sound familiar to you, but it is a guarantee for the long term. In addition to being heat and corrosion resistant, stainless steel is full of qualities: it is hostile to the proliferation of bacteria, easy to maintain and durable over time.
To make each tasting a new discovery, we have chosen the borosilicate glass. It will allow you to admire all the explosions of colour that your tea will produce when brewed.
As for the brewing temperature, don't worry, borosilicate glass can withstand high heat and temperature changes. Widely used in the food industry, this material is healthy as it does not retain any odour and does not stain. Single-walled borosilicate glass products can be washed in the dishwasher.
For the lid we chose to bring a natural touch with beech wood. This wood does not require any treatment that is harmful to health and is known to last over time. In terms of style, the choice of wood allows us to offer you unique items since each shade of wood is unique.
Beech wood is a hard, solid wood that does not heat up very much, so you don't get burnt when you touch it and it keeps the heat in. The ergonomic shape of the lid limits heat loss by following the shape of the filter.
Because we want to offer sustainable products that respect the environment, we have reviewed their life cycle. Before arriving at your home, the products are packaged in a minimum of single-use plastic. After a full life by your side, you can sort the parts to recycle as much as possible of each component.
In order to stop throwing away a product when it has a slight dent and to avoid single-use plastic, we have redesigned our product.
